Yerevan: briefing and balance
At the welcome briefing you see the vehicle, the guide and the route. Anything that doesn't fit gets sorted there — not on the trail. Then you pay the remaining 80 %.

The balance is settled right after the day-one welcome briefing — no separate appointment, no paperwork. We prefer card, cash works any time, and we keep change ready.

Payment terms
The short version of what our travel terms say — so you don't have to go looking.
Deposit
With our booking confirmation you get a personal payment link for 20 % of the trip price. The link is valid for 48 hours. The contract only comes into being with our confirmation — what you see on this website is not yet an offer.
Balance
The remaining 80 % falls due on your first day in Yerevan, at the welcome briefing. So you pay the larger part only after you have seen the vehicle, the guide and the route.
Card is preferred; cash in euros or US dollars works too, and other major currencies on request. If you would rather transfer in advance, tell us in good time and we will send you the bank details before you travel. We issue a receipt for every payment.
Currency and conversion
Trip prices are quoted in euros. If you pay in another currency, we convert at the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) daily rate on the day of payment. The rate is shown on your receipt.
Cancellation
You can withdraw at any time before the trip starts, by email to info@armeniaexpeditions.com. Depending on how close to departure you cancel, we retain part of the deposit to cover costs already incurred. What we retain is always capped at the deposit — beyond that you owe nothing.
